This came into work this week. Pardon the older iPhone pics.
Local guy had just found it. Looked like a new top and tires, All else was original.

I have been told these are unloved gems and I have been told these are shittier than a Maserati Biturbo. I have no idea what to make of this.

Probably both.

I knew a girl in high school that drove one of those to school every day when we were seniors (2008).

I’ve always liked the look of these, but I wouldn't want to own one.

Love seeing those Pini badges on random cars.

Ah yes, the much-celebrated work of Pininfarina’s unpaid intern with a photocopier and a picture of a Skoda Roomster.

The Northstar engine is likely the worst thing about them. They usually needed head bolts and thread inserts into the block as they started to age. The bottom half of the crankcase started to leak on most after a few years of driving. This one is perfect with such low mileage and these did a 6.5sec 0-60 and about 15 sec qtr mile. Since its a later version most of the bugs were probably worked out. Parts though are hard to find , but is the best one I’ve seen in 20 years , doesn’t need anything. Under the hood was just like new.

Actually, this came out a full 5 years before the Roomster entered production. Czech your facts

The ones I usually see are a bit beat but still getting along. Have seen a few approaching 200k miles but they are in rough shape.

I admit to no wrongdoing
Take my star for that pun
